Delivery and Charges

Orders over £150 are delivered free of charge within mainland UK.  Any orders below this amount are charged at £10 per order.  We aim to supply at least 75% of the website content from stock. Confirmation of an order will be emailed immediately and any out of stock items will be advised upon with the option of a refund.

Orders for next day delivery must be received before 12.00 noon and will be delivered on the next working day. Orders received in the afternoon will be processed and dispatched the following morning.

If the package is damaged in any way please state “PACKAGE DAMAGED” on the delivery note to ensure prompt replacement.  Once you have signed to accept goods, you are agreeing with the courier that there is no visible damage and therefore we cannot consider a replacement.

Sampling

Whilst we aim for our images to be as accurate as possible they can only serve as a guide.   All monitor colours do vary.   We therefore strongly recommend you use our free sampling service before placing an order.   Please note that you can order up to six samples per order.

Products

Natural fabrics such as silks, cottons and linens usually have natural blemishes which should be regarded as features rather than faults.  Please be aware that within a tight tolerance limit, shades can vary from those pictured or from supplied samples.

We reserve the right to amend, change or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

It is important to note that none of our fabrics or linings contained in this site are fire retardant. For domestic seating or commercial use of any kind the fabric will need to be treated to the appropriate fire retardant standard. We are happy to arrange a quotation on request.

Returns

Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics or any other cut or made to measure product (unless faulty)
A statutory “cooling off” period applies to any individual product such as packaged poles, cushions or tiebacks.  The statutory cooling off period starts at the time of order and ends seven working days after receipt of the goods.  The customer is entitled to return the product within this period as long as it is undamaged and in it’s original packaging.  Goods should be returned to the registered office address within thirty days for a refund of the total amount paid for goods.  Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

Faults

All fabrics are carefully examined prior to dispatch.  If, however, a fault is discovered by the customer, goods may be returned to the registered office address for examination.  Should a fault be established a replacement or refund will be offered.  In this instance postage will be reimbursed to the customer upon receipt of proof of postage.

Cancellations

As we aim to pick and pack your order immediately upon receipt we are unable to accept cancellations on cut fabric.  Packaged products may be cancelled at any time from order up to seven days after receipt.  Please refer to Returns.

Ownership and Risk

All goods remain the property of Bell House Fabrics until paid for in full.
The goods shall be delivered to your nominated address and remain at our risk until such delivery.
Once delivered it is the customers' responsibility to either be present to accept the delivery or to provide a suitable, dry and safe place to deliver goods.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for their own calculations given the information provided. We cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate calculations.

Once fabric is cut, returns cannot be considered under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for their own choices of fabric in terms of colour, style and suitability for seating etc. Please take time to consider your requirements and, again we urge you to make use of our free sampling service.
